Dr. Bonfiglio joined our team in 2014. Originally from Palermo, Italy, he moved to the States to go to flight school. He also worked as a software engineer in Texas for a number of years. It was then that he decided he wanted to be a Veterinarian and attended Texas A & M’s College of Veterinary Medicine where he earned his Doctorate and also met his wife, Danielle. He retired from active duty in the U.S. Army as a Veterinarian in 2014 and moved to Oregon. His veterinary interests include emergency medicine, clinical care, surgery and dentistry. Some of his hobbies outside of the hospital are flying, fencing, riding motorcycles, dressage, endurance running, software engineering, and robotics. He shares his home with his wife, who is also a Veterinarian; their son, Connor; 2 dogs, Doofus and Riley; a cat named Alex and 2 horses.
