★★★★★ Took my dog in for an emergency visit. They are the only vet office I’ve been to that genuinely care about my animal and showed him so much love and affection. He was so scared but they made sure he could sit with us with a blanket while we waited for his results. 10/10 recommend and will be switching to their office.Jessica J.Jessica J. ★★★★★ Are dog Gunner was very sick with gastroenteritis when we took him to Willamette vet clinic and eventually had to be hospitalized the care and communication was great with all the veterinarian and staff calls to give up dates on him so appreciated to get up date on how he was doing 😇🥰Darlene P.Darlene P. ★★★★★ They helped both of my dogs during various injuries. I trust the staff wholeheartedly.Kirsten R.Kirsten R. ★★★★★ Dr. Omodo and staff were wonderful to me and my kitten. They listened to everything I said. They never asked the same question twice. They were listening the very first time. I would highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital to anyone and everyone!Carla H.Carla H. ★★★★★ Willamette Vet Hospital is a good practice with good people. during my experience, they did their absolute best to help my cat and respect my budget. I am infinitely grateful to the staff, nurses and vets that helped me and my cat. Dr Jimerson, Dr Martiny, and Dr Nelson helped me narrow down what was happening with my animal in a quick and caring way, and were very considerate and generous knowing that I had limited money, and really legitimately cared for my kitty's condition. I also witnessed multiple moments among other people present with emergencies or worries about their pets, and my general impression has been one of compassion and kindness. every time I was able to talk to someone on the phone, they had helpful information or were able to put me in touch with the veterinarian. if you are working with a limited budget, even an extremely limited budget as was in my case, be sure to communicate with the vet and nurses and staff. they will do the absolute best they can for you and your pet.Orange JOrange J ★★★★★ Willamette is truly amazing! The staff has compassion and they provide top notch Veterinary care for all of our fur children. Standard visit or an emergency, you'll be hard pressed to find a better hospital! AAHA accreditation and it shows - their plethora of knowledge wows me everytime! I would trust Willamette in any circumstance - thank you for being so wonderful.Just to name a few times that Willamette has saved the day! One of our dogs had a bee sting and is highly allergic - he was triaged as soon as we came in the door and cared for with expert hands and knowledge. Another was our senior was hospitalized for several days with severe pancreatitis and the around the clock care never dwindled and we were accepted and supported with open arms. They're also experienced with toxicity! Go Willamette!Jacqueline W.Jacqueline W. ★★★★★ This animal hospital is wonderful. The people are so kind and helpful. The Doctors are excellent and the care they give my animals is special.I feel so at ease and confident with them caring for my precious animals. I am so thankful that we have such an excellent animal hospital in our community to take care of our much loved animals.Gail F.Gail F. ★★★★★ Dr Magguilli is the best! Always takes amazing care of my dog and makes me feel comfortable while we are there. That's always important but especially as our pets age and things can either be something or nothing.S. L.S. L. ★★★★★ Both times I've gone I've been welcomed warmly and professionally. My dog is treated with gentle, kind hands and thoughtful care. Highly recommended!!Patricia R.Patricia R. ★★★★★ They saved my puppies life with emergency surgery! The vets and staff were amazing! They took great care of my pet! The bill was fair compared to other vet hospitalsI was sad to see the low reviews this place received... but nearly all were about cost. Please keep in mind that they need to stay in business and unlike human hospitals they don't have government "bail out" support options nor donor support. Maybe someone with authority should change that so they can afford to do free work in the community for those who cannot afford emergency pet services.Brandi S.Brandi S. ★★★★★ It was wonderful everyone was very nice patient and helpful 😍Celi H.Celi H. ★★★★★ Our dog of 12 years was in a situation which was terminal, action needed to be done soon because of her pain. My daughter recommended Willamette Vet. We live in Dallas, about 35 minutes away, our appointment was at 10:30, perfect. When we arrived, the receptionist, within 5 minutes placed us in a room with calming lighting, a enclosed patio and soothing music. The vet tech then came in an commented on our very pretty 12 year old Shih Tzu and asked if we had any questions, then the Dr. Holly came in who also made us feel confident and comfortable with our decision to Euthanize, based on the fact that even after extensive surgery , there was no guarantee should would walk again. in a word very COMPASSIONATE.William Y.William Y. ★★★★★ We scheduled our new puppy in for her next round of shots and first physical and liked our vet Dr Carter very much, she was very informative and we discussed everything from food for next 2 years to spaying and a chip and timing on everything. And appreciated how much she stressed not to have our lil gal around other dogs and places dog’s frequent until she has had all her shots and even then give it a little time for her to build up immunity. We have been also been very impressed with how smoothly things run at the clinic.charlies M.charlies M. ★★★★★ So friendly they take the time to get to know my dog make him feel comfortable not to Expensivehector Z.hector Z. ★★★★★ Any time I have had an emergency, they have been there no matter what. They are professional, responsible, and make sure to communicate everything. Highly recommend.Carson N.Carson N. ★★★★★ I brought my kitten to Willamette Vet Hospital and she ended up needing to stay 3 days. The doctors and staff were all so nice and knowledgeable. I love that they called and updated throughout the days while she was with them. I’m so glad I brought her there, they took such great care of her!Amanda M.Amanda M. ★★★★★ This hospital has so much volume of care! The staff is highly trained, in their incredibly fast pace roles!! They care about each and every animal that comes in and out. I had to sit with my pup for seven and a half hours waiting for her to have a chance to get stitched up. Been more and more trauma patients kept coming. All you can do is wait and be thankful! As two of my other animals went through trauma and had to be seen immediately in the past there! What a Blessing to have this hospital near us, 24 hours!!!Tyler M.Tyler M. ★★★★★ Our 4 year old Yorkie became very ill late on a Thursday night. We raced her over to Willamette Vet and they immediately admitted her and treated her (and us) with compassion for 4 days. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you.Meg G.Meg G. ★★★★★ Been going here since 2008. They are really professional and are great doctors. Ice tried other vets in the valley. They never give me the piece of mind that Willamette Veterinary does. I travel from Lebanon to go here. They have taken care of my snake, chickens, cats, and dogs! They are an amazing team to trust your pets health with.Matt C.Matt C. ★★★★★ This animal hospital is the best around. The treat you and you fur baby with compassion and kindness. I highly recommend this hospital.Kimberly W.Kimberly W. ★★★★★ Willamette vet was very kind and care for my puppies need.Marge N.Marge N. ★★★★★ My other vet was closed over the holiday weekend and I had an emergency with my dog. Willamette Vet Hospital was beyond helpful. The entire staff was kind, patient and compassionate. We are lucky to have them in Corvallis.MarshaMarsha ★★★★★ Great Staff and Doctors! Super kinda and caring. Doctor Carter, and Doctor Amoto are very nice and helpful! Great Hospital.charles H.charles H. ★★★★★ Positive impressions of visiting the hospital. Fast. Professionally.Vasily K.Vasily K. ★★★★★ I've been here for 1 scheduled apt and 2 emergency apts. In short, their staff is caring, empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable.Even when they are busy and wait times are high, they do their very best. With emergency care, you may be the only emergency or one of 3 or 4 or more in that moment, so you do need to be prepared to commit hours of your time because you dont know what the capacity and need is gonna look like. They also work with you on cost, take time to explain options, and help you apply for things like carecredit if needed. The care they provide you when you have to let go of an animal is absolutely touching. To the staff there--the docs, the assistants, the counter staff--thank you for being such a support to myself and everyone that comes in struggling to make really tough decisions. Your work is so appreciated and it takes an incredible amount of love and compassion to do this work. I am so greatful for the care and love provided to my pet and also that you showed towards me.Maddy Y.Maddy Y. ★★★★★ The vets and staff are awesome. Very kind, caring and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. My girl was one happy patientLinda Camp -.Linda Camp -. ★★★★★ The Staff and Vets are wonderful with us and our puppy dawg ❤️ They always listen and are always glad to answer our questions. Thank you!kelly K.kelly K. ★★★★★ We had such a great experience! With a roomy waiting area, large exam rooms and caring staff, Willamette Veterinary Hospital is definitely our new go to for all of our Furry Fabio needs.Cherri G.Cherri G. ★★★★★ I’ve had the unfortunate experience to have to put 2 of my babies to sleep here, 2 almost 3 yrs apart.. both times from advanced illness that I couldn’t treat. The staff here were unbelievably compassionate, caring, and comforting. The doctor especially, she made the entire process so much easier to bare and I seriously can’t say thank you enough. Thank you you helped my babies find peace, and you helped me transition through it. It’s seriously been the most devastating moments of my life, so to not have it be even more unbearable… they did that. From start to unfortunate end. Thank you 🙏🏻Andrea W.Andrea W. ★★★★★ We had to have our shadow put down. The staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you so very much in this time of heart brake and loss.Mark A.Mark A. ★★★★★ Called for an urgent visit. Got us in quickly and it was a pretty reasonable wait time for an emergency visit. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Doc was very reasonable and easy to work with. Would absolutely use againalan L.alan L. ★★★★★ They were amazing and the facility is built to be the least stressful possibleBryan B.Bryan B. ★★★★★ The vets here take extra care of our fur baby and take the time to answer all our questions.Lynn E.Lynn E. ★★★★★ I was here for a 36-hour mad dash to save my cat's life. My little girl didn't make it, but it wasn't for lack of effort or ability on the clinic and staff. They were wonderfully kind, fast-acting, knowledgeable, communicative, and flexible. They went above and beyond for my cat, and they were there for me and her both during the hardest times. Three doctors and several nurses in, I'm confident saying this staff is incredible, empathetic, and genuinely good. Amazing medical professionals, and amazing humans.Josh W.Josh W. ★★★★★ As a veterinary professional myself, I can state with conviction that emergency veterinary personnel are built different. But these folks not only came immediately to our aid at 3AM, they kept in communication throughout the entire 36-hour ordeal. While our beloved girl was too frail to recover, that didn't stop the staff from fighting for her best interests the entire way. The doctors, the techs, the assistants, the receptionists - each and every person there radiated concern and empathy. They did absolutely everything they could, and eventually the kindest choice was humane euthanasia. They put flowers on her little box when they sent her home with us, a little poem taped to the lid. We'll always take my kids here in case of emergency. We always felt heard, everything was explained in detail, they always asked if we had more questions. And if plans changed, they were instantly flexible. They treated us with kindness and compassion, and we never felt talked down to.100%, Grade-A experience, would absolutely recommend.Liz WLiz W ★★★★★ Very knowledge staff, they were very kind to us and our pup.Rebecca J S.Rebecca J S. ★★★★★ My cats were in and out the doctor did a thorough job and had me and my fur babies on our way. Probably the best pet visit I've had, I brought 2 of my senior kitties in for exams and vaccines, one is a stress ball and he did amazing thanks to the staff and the doctor, being quick and getting us in and out. Perfect visit. Thank you!Kelly K.Kelly K. ★★★★★ Our beloved Great Pyrenees Anatolian Shepherd mix started having seizures and then cluster seizures. I was referred to Willamette Veterinary Hospital by our Veterinarian. I called and the receptionist welcomed us to come right away. By the time I got there from Albany they had received his records and were ready for him. He received kind and compassionate care and he was observed and his medication was adjusted and monitored. I received calls from the Dr. in the evening and morning and called later after we came home and talked to the nurse as he was anxious. The administration and medical teams treated both our doggo and us so kindly. I was an emotional wreck and they patiently answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. I would suggest this hospital to anyone and am so thankful for Chet's great care.Anne G.Anne G. ★★★★★ This has been the established vet for my cat, Molly, for the past 3 years. Every time I have brought her in they have treated her like their own. Their wellness plans are comprehensive with fair pricing--I couldn't have been happier with the services.Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Molly a couple of days ago, and all of the staff, especially the veterinarian, were incredibly kind and patient with me. I will be bringing all of my future pets to this clinic.Caitlin “Cam” C.Caitlin “Cam” C. ★★★★★ They are always available, super friendly and care about your pet. I highly recommend this place to any pet owner😀Lauri E.Lauri E. ★★★★★ They got us in right away and the doctor was very informative and caring about our dog.Mary M.Mary M. ★★★★★ Thank you, so much, for taking care of Lola aka Snoop Dogg today! You all were so sweet and caring.Keep your edibles in a safe place folks!Katie GKatie G ★★★★★ Great first visit! Very impressed.Maureen T.Maureen T. ★★★★★ We had a medical emergency with a stray cat and were unable to get into any local vets on the coast. I called Willamette Vet Hospital and they were very kind and helpful. They told me to arrive early the next morning and they would be able to see KittyKitty right away. What an amazing team they have! Chloe was very sweet and calming on the phone. The vet was clear on explanations and very competent. Highly recommend for any pet emergencies you might have.Amanda W.Amanda W. ★★★★★ Dr. Carter was able to find a diagnosis for my cat despite having an extremely rare and difficult to diagnose bacterial infection that was eating away at the bone in her nose. I am happy to say her test results came back negative after a year of treatment with antibiotics and she is doing better than ever. Thank you Dr. Carter and the amazing team here 💕Kat W.Kat W. ★★★★★ Sad our vet retired 😔 she was amazing.Melissa L.Melissa L. ★★★★☆ My ESA soul mate passed away very unexpectedly despite the best efforts of all the staff. They treated him with inordinate kindness & I know they really tried to keep us together. They made that last journey together as compassionate as possible. Instead of the typical exam room, they had a separate suite with a couch and a contained patio for my other dog to come in/out to say goodbye to his brother. I was able to sit on the couch and hold my boy in comfort and love while he passed over instead of holding him on a hard metal table. The vet stayed with me the entire time because I was alone. They tried to make the absolutely hardest decision and worst loss in my life as quiet and grace filled as possible and I will never forget their kindness.elishea B.elishea B. ★★★★☆ Staff very caring and polite treating our senior dog on sudden weekend emergency admission while they're shortstaffed. IV fluids, blood/urine tests, xray, treatment for sudden gastroenteritis, however vet was quick to recommend euthanizing the dog for her health issues and age, doggy wasn't drinking/eating/moving in the holding kennel and recommending we say our last goodbyes the next day causing great distress for us. We arrived to wait an hour to our dog prancing into the room and ready to go home, we brought her back home with meds, she is now more active, perky, playful, than she has been, eating/drinking/ eliminating well despite her health issues - no reason to put her to death so early!BB ★★★★☆ Helpful to have an emergency vet. You can expect to be here 4+ hours for any emergency visit, no matter how minor or severe. Expensive but overall good experience.Elli S.Elli S.js_loader

I am so pleased with their level of care, when I had to take my kitten in today! I called in moments notice, having never been there before, our kitten had injury to her leg and I was in panic. They had her in within the hour, treated whole visit with such care and compassion, my worries were appeased. Our baby is now home and resting comfortably. Thank you, from our whole family, we will be back for all our pets needs in the future.

We came in on an emergency basis with our sick kitty. The staff was friendly, helpful, very efficient in getting us into a room. Wendy was a great help explaining what she was doing and what would happen next. Dr. Jimmerson was clear about the diagnosis and testing choices. We felt comfortable with the treatment plan and were very grateful that the staff uniformly encouraged us to contact the office if we had any questions. We called during the night to see how the tests were going. Dr. Couser ccalled us back and gave us an update on Tobys progress. All the staff we talked with during our visit was friendly, encouraging and solicitous of our concerns. THANK YOU!

This was our first time here, for an emergency and 4 day hospitalization for our cat. THEY SAVED HIS LIFE !!!!!! Every Single employee here was AMAZING. I have used many vets and Willamette has been THE BEST, by far. If their office was not 2 hours away from our home we would not hesitate to use them as our regular veterinarian. They are so professional and friendly and you can easily tell how much they care. Our cat Jasper is alive today thanks to the FABULOUS Dr. Peterson who performed his emergency surgery. We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Peterson and all the other doctors, techs, nurses and reception staff. We would fully recommend Willamette Veterinary Hospital and would give them an A++++ rating. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL THAT WE WENT TO WILLAMETTE VET AND THAT THEY SAVED OUR CAT. WORDS CAN NEVER EXPRESS HOW THANKFUL WE ARE TO EVERYONE. THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BEST.

Our boy, Marshall, was a very sick dog. He had complications after surgery and became septic. Marshall required emergency care and our veterinarian recommended Wilmette Veterinarian hospital in Corvallis. Marshall had to spend 2 nights there for treatment. He had excellent care there and is on the road to recovery now. We would have lost our beloved boy if not for their care. I hope we never have to go back, but I wouldn’t hesitate to if the need arises. Oh, they treat animal parents with patiennce and caring too!!!

Eugenia Boatwright

From our first panicked phone call to the next day when we picked up our pup after treatment, the staff treated us respectfully, professionally, and with great caution due to the Covid-19 restrictions in place.

Bob Berman

Excellent ! Appreciate the obvious care you have for the animals and the communication with pet owners.
