** Clients may apply for Care Credit at the clinic, through our Free App or online at https://www.carecredit.com/apply/.
Willamette Veterinary Hospital payment policy states that payment is due at time of service.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer Payment Plans.
We understand how frustrating it can be when your pet has a medical condition and you need to get in to see us! Advanced notice of cancellations will help us make sure those appointment times are now available for the pets who require immediate care.
As such we have instituted the following cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
We ask that you contact our hospital 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Canceling on short/no notice prevents other patients from being seen during these times. If you miss your appointment without notice or cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the appointment price. This fee will be added to your account and is expected to be paid in full at the time of your next office visit.
*Please note that multiple no-show occurrences may result in non-refundable prepaid appointments only or discharge from our practice.
We allow for a 10-minute grace period for scheduled appointments but we may need to reschedule if you are running much later than that.
