What Sets Us Apart
We offer both 24-hour emergency care and a dedicated general practice, providing every level of care for your pets. Our knowledgeable staff is committed to treating every patient with compassion, understanding, and empathy. We take pride in being a valuable resource for our community.
Your Experience – General Practice
When you visit our General Practice, you can expect to be warmly greeted by our front desk team. Our medical staff will escort you to an examination room, where we’ll assess your pet’s vital signs and address any concerns. Our veterinarians will then examine your pet and create a tailored care plan, all while encouraging your questions and comfort. Our Customer Care Representatives will assist you with payments and scheduling.
Your Experience – Emergency Care
In our Emergency Room, a friendly receptionist will quickly call a technician to triage your pet and then our reception team will assist with paperwork to ensure your pet receives prompt care. Our veterinary technicians will update you on your pet’s status, and our compassionate Emergency Veterinarians will discuss treatment options. In emergency situations, not all pet parents can be present for the exam.
We do require partial payment for emergency services at intake and collect the final payment at discharge. We understand that emergency situations are unexpected. That’s why we accept CareCredit and Scratch Pay, as well as all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash (no checks).
See you soon!
Remember, at Willamette Veterinary Hospital, we’re more than just a clinic; we’re a caring community dedicated to your pet’s well-being. We look forward to serving you and your furry family members!
